Our Story
How Hurayra came into existence and how it’s changing everything we believe about pet foods.
How Our Journey Started
Back in 2023, it all started with one question: how can we find food for our pets that’s not just ethically sourced, but truly nourishing?
That’s when Aihtsham Rashid, CEO of Hurayra, started exploring different options. Some claimed to be halal but lacked the right amount of nutrients pets need to thrive. Others offered nutrition but couldn’t guarantee ethical sourcing or purity.
So Hurayra was born to bring honesty and compassion back into every bowl. We make fully Halal-certified dry pet food carefully formulated with the nutrients pets need for everyday life.

Hurayra on the Global Stage
In April 2024, Hurayra’s journey reached living rooms worldwide when it was featured on The Big Ramadan Show on Islam Channel. Aihtsham shared how one simple question about more conscious feeding grew into an idea that resonates with pet owners everywhere.
